The rosters have been announced for the 2011 Oil Bowl and include five players that will suit up for the Tulsa Golden Hurricane next season. The Oklahoma All-Stars include four TU signees from the Sooner State, while the Texas All-Stars list the District 6-5A Offensive Player of the Year, who will be a preferred walk-on at Tulsa.
