Season opener grows closer

InsideTulsaSports.com The University of Tulsa football program finished up preseason camp last weekend and has transitioned its focus to the season opener at Iowa State. Head Coach Bill Blankenship feels good about his team's progress.
"This really is kind of the beginning of regular scheduling for our players and for us," said Blankenship. "Our guys are getting into the routine of getting out of fall camp and moving towards a little more formal preparation for Iowa State. I'm really excited about what we were able to accomplish in fall camp.
