When the 2006 Nevada Gatorade player of the year, Cimarron-Memorial's (Nev.) Eddie Wide took his first official visit to Washington, he formed a perspective of what to expect on subsequent trips. A week later during his official to Utah, Wide re-formed that perspective and ended his recruitment shortly after.

Wide had narrowed his choices down to Washington and Utah.
