Other than playing against his own teammates in the spring game and scrimmages this fall, Tulsa freshman quarterback Shavodrick Beaver hasn't seen live game action since he hurt his shoulder against Denton (TX) Guyer early in his senior season. Now, he is competing for a chance to lead the Golden Hurricane offense.

"I'm excited to get back into action," he said at the beginning of fall camp.
