Juco DB solid with Tulsa

Last weekend, the University of Tulsa dipped into the junior college ranks for 5-foot-10 and 170-pound cornerback Darrell Pasco of Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia. Pasco enjoyed his visit to the Tulsa campus this past weekend and told ITS that he will be signing his letter of intent with the Golden Hurricane on Wednesday.
"I committed to Tulsa on my visit," Pasco stated. "I really enjoyed everything while at Tulsa. I liked the coaches, including (Assistant) Coach (Jason) Jones, who recruited me. I also met a lot of the Tulsa players and got along good with them. Anthony Germany was my host, and I enjoyed my time with him and the other recruits on campus. I just liked the overall environment there."

Pasco played high school football at Countryside High School in Clearwater, Florida, where he was named team MVP as a senior. He also played in an area all-star game following his senior season. His last year of high school, he played various positions, including wide receiver, running back, strong safety and cornerback and was his team's return man.
At Georgia Military College this past season, he played strictly cornerback and recorded 20 tackles, 10 pass break-ups and four interceptions, as a 'lockdown' corner.
"I'm a pretty physical player and can play zone or man-to-man coverage," he concluded. "However, I prefer to play man-to-man."
Pasco also had offers from Temple, Western Kentucky, Louisiana-Lafayette and Delaware, along with strong interest from SMU and Southern Miss.
