The rebuilding of Tulsa's men's basketball roster is well under way. Shortly after the season ended, three TU players entered the transfer portal: sophomore guard Anthony Pritchard, senior guard Keyshawn Embery-Simpson and junior forward Tim Dalger.

Soon after, leading scorer Sam Griffin and 41-percent three-point shooter Brandon Betson also entered the portal, putting five of TU's top six scorers in the transfer market.

On March 20, forward Nikita Konstantynovsky joined the portal, and a day later, three more TU players entered their names: F Bryant Selebangue, G Sterling Gaston-Chapman and F Charles Chukwu.

That's nine Tulsa scholarship players in the transfer portal, and honestly, for good reason. TU lost a school record 25 games last season.

Eric Konkol and his quality coaching staff have done a stellar job of recruiting in a short amount of time. TU added three quality players in the early November signing period, and has since added two talented transfers from Louisiana Tech: G Cobe Williams and wing Keaston Willis.

Tulsa currently has five open scholarships available, and Clemson transfer Chauncey Gibson is expected to visit TU soon. The 6-5 freshman wing is originally from Dallas.

Tulsa coaches have been in touch with a large number of D1 transfers and top junior college prospects, including Texas Tech forward Robert Jennings, Louisiana Tech big man Kenny Hunter and Florida wing Kowacie Reeves. A full list can be found in Hurricane Alley.
